Place hot food in containers. It doesn't actually heat up enough to keep food warm… warm at best.

April 20, 2024It was used all last winter as an outdoor cat water heater! This made a GREAT outdoor hot water dish for the cats. Kept water liquid even at -8 degrees F. In high wind. The thermostat could be lowered so that the water remained at about 60 degrees regardless of the temperature. The pans were easy to remove and clean. Very good quality. The price was much better than a hot water dish and the temperature control was better. It could even work well on a buffet!
April 16, 2024It's good to have it. This is the best thing you can have when you need to keep food warm. It doesn't keep food very hot. The fact that it can also be used without food containers is a plus. It then becomes a warming tray giving the warmer a second way of use.
April 13, 2024I love it! I bought 2. I read the reviews and saw that some people said they didn't keep food hot. I'm not sure why because I had to reject mine after a while. They are very attractive, much better than aluminum molds. The plate contains more food than it seems. I would compare it to a normal size aluminum pan. The food fits perfectly.
April 11, 2024Awesome! I loved everything about this product. I wish I had bought it a long time ago. The warmer is very convenient and kept my food warm while my guests ate appetizers. Just find the right temperature and you will be very happy.

April 1, 2024Very useful for feeding large groups. I use it whenever we have large groups to eat. It holds a lot of food and keeps it warm. It comes with three large trays but I bought some smaller ones to break up the warmer even more. The trays it comes with are 1/3 size and 2.5 inches deep, in case you need replacements. The smaller ones I bought elsewhere are 1/6 size and 2.5 inches deep. I imagine this would also fit a full tray-sized catering tray, but I haven't tried it myself. The catering trays I bought in bulk are sturdier and better made than the trays it comes with, but the ones included are adequate. Overall I am very happy with this and would recommend it.
