July 19, 2024After reviewing several of these units. We went with this one. It was more expensive than the others, but the features it included and the number of trays were deciding factors.Once received, it did not disappoint, others may question the plastic and the possibility of warping; However, this unit is designed as such that it should never be a problem. The digital display is easy to see and use. The trays are durable and easy to put on and take off. It came with a rubber type glove. You can adjust the trays and do them one by one and not use them all if necessary. The space between each one is enough for most things.My wife is using this for decorative cookies, the process now saves her hours as she only needs the icing to dry to make multiple colors/steps/layers. This is probably the second best item you have for the cookie business. Well worth the investment.It's very quiet. The timer and the beep when finished is at an optimal volume. Overall a great product and I am very happy with the purchase after research. I would highly recommend it.

July 13, 2024I received this a couple of days ago and I've already filled it out twice.It works very well! The only problem I had was the fruit slices sticking to the tray, the watermelon and white peaches, but that may have been my fault. The trays clean very quickly, simply by dipping them in hot water and giving them a quick scrub. I would definitely recommend it
