Great containers, the lids only break if you are a Baby Huey/Lennie type person. These containers have been able to be used perfectly for microwaves, freezing, sous vide cooking and any other kitchen-related task. Because they easily snap together, my entire set of twenty-four 32oz containers takes up 1/4 the space of all my mismatched, oddly shaped Tupperware. They also don't stain chili oils like most Tupperware does. So I'm slowly throwing away my random Tupperware instead of these soup containers. There are some lame reviews here complaining that the lids are flimsy and I just wanted to set the record straight on that. The lids are not fragile, but they will break if you try to tear them off without removing half the lid first. They have a tight lip that keeps them leak-proof and it's the same tight lip that will refuse to release the cap if you try to remove it like a big, dumb gorilla. So be a civilized human being and open the lid halfway, before trying to manipulate it.
