July 19, 2024love the finish of this and that you can keep the lid open. The inner basket comes out easily! The J bags fit perfectly over the edge of the inner basket so the bag does not fall out with the trash.

July 13, 2024Please excuse the dirt on the top of the lid on mine, I made the mistake of placing it next to the stove while frying burgers last night and splashed oil and butter on a paper towel for reference on length and width.Anyway..Trash cans are outrageously priced for being a damn trash can…but I paid the price for this one because it looks nice and I throw diapers in mine from time to time…that being said, it has a little compartment in the inside for maybe like a cotton pad or something to put some essential oils or some kind, on the pad and in the tray to help keep the smell away. I haven't tried it yet but I'm looking forward to it! I love that it has a lock on the inside for when I take out the trash or throw something away and don't want to leave it open. Super convenient! The trash container comes off the rest of the trash can, so the bag doesn't go around the top of the outside of the trash can, just the inside, if that makes sense! Which is good because it doesn't look so tacky that way. Ha, I love the look, I like that it's not plastic. Oh, and they threw in a roll of 12 garbage bags, which was great! It is quite quiet when opening and closing; It's not as loud as some stainless steel trash cans can be.If you have kids who like to touch things like mine, then there will be a slight warning in some small fingerprints, but I'll take it for what it is! Nothing that a wipe can't clean very quickly. :' It works perfect and doesn't look very cheap!
