What a great knife. I had a knife that I loved very much. But as you know, you can only sharpen a knife so many times. It's a decent knife, but if yours is anything like mine, you should sharpen it first.Make sure you have a good sharpener. Once the blade is sharp, the knife will become a real workhorse for you.
