I bought it for my girlfriend and I's apartment and it's just a well made tin. Good size too!

I use two of these cans, one in each men's room,in which I put my dirty 'diapers'.They keep the smell inside the cans.

My work has started a less plastic initiative, so we no longer have our own trash cans at our desk…less plastic bags in the landfill, I guess.but anyway, this little trash can is perfect for candy wrappers, old sticky notes, etc. and then I empty my small container weekly into the large container in my apartment.

We really like this trash can, but ours rusts under the lid and on the bottom of the can. We clean daily with bleach or ammonia. Yes, we use liners like everyone else.

I really like the size of this trash can and I also like the ease of the flip lid.
