I was reluctant to give up my favorite knife and hoped my new choice would do the trick. This knife is wonderful.Perfect size, shape, balance and weight. It's also beautiful and super sharp. Cuts like it's going through butter. I enjoyed the knife so much that when my sister mentioned she didn't have a sharp knife, I gave one as a gift too. A great product at a very good price. June 11, 2024It's a decent knife, but if yours is anything like mine, you should sharpen it first.Make sure you have a good sharpener. Once the blade is sharp, the knife will become a real workhorse for you.
